Nextster Robot : Carton/Case Loader (RCCL) is perfect for providing a solution that offers the precise and gentle product handling for a variety of bag and pouch products in many industries. The RCCL can accommodate top- or bottom-load cartons and RSC and HSC cases.

 

Product is packed into the carton or case by a robot. Using vision, the product orientation is identified so that the robot may pick it up correctly to place it into the case or carton. Vision is also used as a "traffic cop" to identify which robot will pick up which bag
